CORONAVIRUS OFFICE HOURS AND GRANT-PAYING PROCESS
The Generosity Trust has moved to remote operations during this protracted season of isolation. Employees are working from home and remaining in close contact with each other during normal business hours.
- We remain committed to providing the best customer service to our Donor-Advised Fund holders during this time.
- We truly understand the need to service you, your grant-making needs, and the financial needs of the ministries receiving grants from your fund.
- We have moved to a one-day-a-week grant process. Grant requests submitted by Tuesday morning will be processed that day, then signed and mailed on Wednesday or Thursday. We are doing this to keep interpersonal interaction to a minimum.
- If you have a grant that just HAS to be paid outside of this process for the sake of the recipient ministry or church, please contact us and we will do our best to facilitate that request.
